You will lead teams, prepare bid documents, and ensure deliverables meet scope, budget and schedule. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PE licensure and 8+ years in municipal transportation design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of municipal transportation design experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis, design and plan production for transportation projects.
• Create job specifications and contract documents for bidding.
