Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Demonstrated design expertise in transportation projects.
• Previous project leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, and OpenRoads Designer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a team and mentor junior staff.
