WSB is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline municipal CIP projects across the US. You will guide teams of engineers and staff, coordinate client meetings, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, PE registration, and 8+ years municipal project experience, with a track record of delivering projects with excellent customer service. This is a full-time role at WSB.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• Registration as a professional engineer (or the ability to obtain registration within six months).
• 8+ years municipal experience; direct experience working for a municipality.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects and clients from proposal to closeout.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate meetings, hearings, and public involvement events.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and staff across multiple locations.
• Deliver CIP programs/projects for municipal clients, possibly on-site.
• Maintain client relations and ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
