The ideal candidate will bring a civil engineering background, Minnesota PE registration, and 7+ years of municipal experience, with a senior PM title for the right fit, working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years municipal experience, with municipality experience a plus.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Senior Project Manager level for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects from proposal through closeout.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate client meetings, hearings, and public involvement events.
• Manage time frames and budgets across locations and teams.
• Tailor communications to client needs and stakeholder preferences.
• Supervise teams across multiple locations and staff augmentation settings.
• Deliver CIP programs and projects for municipal clients, potentially on-site.
• Develop budgets and schedules, and ensure ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare project correspondence and documentation and assist with business development.
