Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10–15 years of municipal/civil engineering and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to public audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer aided design software.

Responsabilidades

• Act as client manager for municipalities or public agencies, coordinating projects.
• Develop engineering solutions to improve infrastructure for clients.
• Design transportation, utility, or facility systems using CAD.
• Estimate quantities and costs to assess project feasibility.
• Review survey data, maps, drawings, and topographic data.
• Attend public meetings and present project status to stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice on design and capital program changes.
• Support field activities of construction inspection staff.
