Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in construction management.
• Ability to pursue NICET certifications is a must.
• Skilled in ACI-Concrete Field Testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract administration services with design professionals and contractors.
• Provide onsite supervision of contractors.
• Ensure all project records are maintained.
• Chair job progress meetings and distribute minutes.
• Document RFIs, Change Orders, and ensure proper responses.
