Qualifications

• 7 years' experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control and utility coordination.
• Experience with municipal streets and utilities or roadway/highway design.
• Professional Engineering License in the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals and contracts.
• Coach and manage staff development and sub-consultants during project implementation.
• Communicate project goals and alternatives to the project team and clients.
• Address project issues and advise clients on recommendations.
• Complete invoices and collections accurately and on time.
