Qualifications

• 7 years' experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control, and utility coordination.
• Experience with municipal streets, utilities, roadway/highway design.
• Professional Engineering License in Michigan is required.

• Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals and contracts.
• Coach and manage staff development and project implementation.
• Communicate project goals and outcomes to the project team and clients.
