You will lead engineering and design efforts for construction plan sets while ensuring project scopes and budgets are met. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control and utility coordination.
• Experience with municipal streets and utilities and/or roadway/highway design.
• Experience with MDOT ProjectWise and design criteria preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals and contracts.
• Coach and manage staff development and sub-consultants.
• Communicate project goals and outcomes to project team and clients.
• Anticipate project issues and advise clients on alternatives.
• Complete invoices and collections accurately and timely.
• Drive business development and client satisfaction.
