Qualifications

• 5 years' experience with maintenance of traffic design, traffic control and utility coordination.
• Experience involving municipal streets and utilities and/or roadway/highway design.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

• Coach and manage staff development and expenses during project implementation.
• Effectively communicate project goals and outcomes to clients and the public.
