HACH & ROSE, LLP in New York, NY seeks an experienced Municipal Attorney to join our plaintiff personal injury team. You will lead complex NY municipal claims, mentor junior attorneys, and drive case strategy from inception to verdict.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience, a strong record of resolving personal injury matters, and proven leadership. In-office, Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation and a path for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience handling New York municipal claims.
• Proven track record of resolving personal injury cases.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys preferred but not required.

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, motions, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Develop case strategies to maximize client outcomes.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to firm operations and departmental leadership.
