OHM Advisors is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead municipal infrastructure projects in Columbus, Ohio. You will guide a multi‑disciplinary team, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure designs meet local and state standards.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio PE license with 8–10 years in municipal engineering, and are proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D; knowledge of HEC‑RAS, StormCAD, SewerCAD is a plus. Collaborative, client‑facing role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ohio Professional Engineer license required.
• 8–10 years of municipal engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D; experience with HEC‑RAS, StormCAD, SewerCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑disciplinary team on municipal projects.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Design municipal infrastructure including roads, utilities, and stormwater.
• Ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and sub‑consultants.
• Prepare technical reports and permit documentation.
