Job summary
Colliers Engineering & Design in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer to lead municipal projects from concept through construction oversight. You will Collaborate with public agencies, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure that improves local services and communities.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3-5+ years experience, and EIT certification; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5+ years in related field; EIT required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software packages.
- Demonstrate collaboration and communication within a team.
Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, select and adapt standard techniques with limited supervision.
- Design complete projects, systems, components or processes.
- Prepare complete project documents with limited supervision.
- Analyze and interpret data, formulate and solve problems.
- Prepare scopes of work, budgets and schedule assignments.
- Assist with proposal development for professional services.
- Provide direction to engineers in training, technicians and staff.
- Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work.
- Work within AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete projects on time.
