Job summary

Fehr Graham is a fast-growing Midwest engineering and environmental firm seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to ensure our municipal projects are successful. The position is based in Green Bay, WI, with the Sheboygan, WI office serving as the base for daily work.

You will play a key role in client relationships and project execution. You will guide engineering teams, manage scope and budget, pursue business development opportunities with municipalities, and represent the firm in

Qualifications

10+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on municipal infrastructure.
Background working with a consulting firm or municipality.
Proven experience in business development, client management, or winning work.
Strong understanding of municipal systems (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways).
Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate independently and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand relationships with municipalities, local agencies, and public/private sector clients.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
Lead proposal development, presentations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal work.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long-term partnerships.
