Qualifications

• Minimum one year of responsible experience in a related field.
• Equivalents in training, education, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee private development and public infrastructure projects for compliance with Township, County, State, and Federal standards.
• Review project plans and specifications for conformance with ordinances.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and bid documents and procure contracted services.
• Maintain Township maps and as-built records; assist in special assessment petitions for roads and utilities.
• Coordinate activities of engineering consultants and inspectors; perform field visits and respond to public inquiries.
