Actalent is seeking a Municipal Civil Engineer to support plan reviews for a new township, with a focus on sustainable community development. The role emphasizes hands-on design, permitting processes, and coordination with engineers and staff.
The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 2+ years in municipal engineering, and PE/EIT status with plans to obtain PE. Onsite work with potential remote flexibility after proven performance.
Competenze
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in municipal engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with plans to obtain PE.
- Proficiency in plan review and AutoCAD.
- Experience in using Civil 3D, stormwater, and site development tools.
Mansioni
- Conduct subdivision and land development plan reviews.
- Perform zoning reviews and site grading.
- Manage sanitary and storm sewer systems.
- Oversee stormwater management and hydrology projects.
- Handle PaDED, NPDES, and other PaDEP permitting processes.
- Prepare municipal site permit applications.
- Create comprehensive construction documents and technical specifications.
- Participate in township night meetings twice a month in Delco/Chesco.
