Leidos is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Facilities HVAC Technician to lead complex maintenance across our facilities. The role requires proactive troubleshooting, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team to keep facilities safe and functional.

The candidate will perform advanced repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, maintain equipment histories, and ensure safety compliance while budgeting and procuring tools and supplies as

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph prior to start.
• 2-3 years of progressive facilities maintenance or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs in multiple trades.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs across electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and equipment histories.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify facility equipment.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and tools.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
