Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple GC projects across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors. Requirements include 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years in PM, Procore expertise, and a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years in project management.
• Procore experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing multiple commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to develop, implement, and improve SOPs and accountability systems.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Proven ability to train and mentor project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for GC operations across multiple projects.
• Lead, mentor, train, and hold PMs and APMs accountable for performance.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs for GC operations and PM.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, costs, profitability, and performance.
• Ensure consistency in processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and risks.
• Partner with field leadership for staffing, equipment, procurement, scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
