Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting in Waterford, Ohio, seeks an accomplished Construction Operations Manager to lead GC operations across the company. This senior role works directly with the President to optimize people, process, and performance standards, ensuring project success and operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Project experience in the $1M–$10M range; GC prime delivery background.
• Procore fluency is required; PM leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of WCC's GC project portfolio.
• Direct all Project Managers — weekly reviews, accountability to schedule and budget.
• Monitor project health across the portfolio using weekly reporting, GP trend, schedule status, and change order aging.
• Identify and address performance issues at the PM and superintendent level before they become project problems.
• Lead SOP development across core GC delivery functions and build operating standards.
