Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution on multiple high-value commercial projects from our Waterford, OH office. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and logistics, coordinate with field teams, and manage client relationships to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable work.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, reviewing submittals, RFIs, and changes, and ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

Commercial construction experience and strong math skills.
Ability to organize and plan effectively using technology.
Experience with Procore construction management software is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and follow corporate processes and the chain of command.
Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution for multiple high-value commercial projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics with estimating and field teams.
Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; review terms.
Monitor submittals, RFIs, and changes; resolve issues early.
Coordinate daily with Superintendents to ensure timely delivery of resources.
Attend project meetings; maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and teams.
Conduct monthly safety and quality walks on each job site.
Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers when applicable.
