Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC in Waterford, Ohio, seeks an upper‑level operations leader to run GC operations across the firm. This role works with the President to shape process, standards, and performance; you’ll ensure Project Success Teams are supported and held to high accountability.

You will direct Project Managers, implement SOPs for start‑ups, billing, and closeout, drive safety and quality, and develop PMs across experience levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Procore fluency is required; PM infrastructure relies on Procore.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of project managers.
• Track record building or implementing operational systems and standards in construction.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to read job cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of WCC's GC project portfolio across all active Project Success Teams.
• Direct all Project Managers — weekly project reviews, schedule/budget accountability, risk identification.
• Monitor project health using weekly reporting systems; manage GP trend, change orders, and client relationships.
• Identify and address performance issues at PM and superintendent levels.
• Conduct quarterly deep-dive reviews on all active projects with PM and field leadership.
