Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering analysis or simulation.
• Strong background in FEA, CFD, or both.
• Experience with nonlinear analysis, thermal-mechanical problems, compressible flow, or coupled physics.
• Ability to independently solve technically challenging problems and communicate conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical simulation and analysis activities supporting new product and technology development.
• Perform FEA, CFD, thermal, and coupled multiphysics analyses using industry-standard simulation tools.
• Build and refine analytical models to evaluate component and system performance.
• Establish modeling approaches, assumptions, material inputs, and boundary conditions.
• Correlate analytical results with experimental/test data.
• Identify design limitations, technical risks, and areas requiring further investigation.
• Support design reviews and provide analysis-based recommendations to engineering teams.
• Document technical work and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
