Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join the Card Communications team. You will deliver best-in-class videos and design graphics that tell the Card story across local and Card-wide channels, engaging a large internal audience.

You will partner with stakeholders to uncover compelling ideas, manage end-to-end video production from scripting to editing, coach executives on camera, and oversee external partners to ensure quality, timelines and budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in video and graphic design production in corporate, agency or production firm environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with in person and remote video/audio concept development and production.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Adobe suite including video/audio editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects or Adobe Audition.

Responsibilities

• Partner with communications and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into multimedia storytelling strategies.
• Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of visual content, assets, and templates.
• Prepare shoots, coach executives on camera, and manage external partners to meet timelines and budget.
• Analyze performance metrics and synthesize insights to guide future creative approaches.
