Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to craft best-in-class videos and graphics that tell the Card story across internal channels. You will partner with communicators to shape creative strategies, coach executives for on-camera presence, and guide external production partners to meet quality, timelines, and budgets.

You will work with an internal audience of over 30,000 associates, translating business priorities into compelling multimedia outputs and measurement-driven improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video and graphic design production experience in corporate, agency or production firm environments.
• 2+ years of in-person and remote video/audio concept development and production.
• 2+ years of experience with the Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects or Adobe Audition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative concepts to stakeholders, balancing creativity with business needs and brand standards.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of visual content, including graphics, assets and templates.
• Manage video shoots, coaching participants to present authentically on camera.
