Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join the Banking & Premium Products Chief of Staff team. You will deliver best-in-class design graphics for internal and portfolio-wide communications, engaging over 10,000 associates and translating business priorities into compelling visual storytelling.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape creative strategies, manage end-to-end graphic design, and apply data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design or visual content creation in a corporate, agency, or production firm environment.
• At least 2 years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• At least 2 years experience with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Partner with communications and business stakeholders to understand objectives, audience needs and creative opportunities, translating them into multimedia and visual storytelling strategies.
• Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of high visibility visual content, translating communications needs into compelling graphic design, digital assets, presentations, templates and other creative solutions.
• Analyze multimedia performance metrics, audience behaviors and feedback to identify what is working and how future approaches should evolve.
