Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Communications - Multimedia Specialist (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end video production and visual design that tells the Card story to a network of over 30,000 associates. You will collaborate with communicators and senior leaders to craft creative strategies, develop concepts, and coach executives for authentic on‑camera presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video and graphic design production in corporate, agency or production firm environments.
• 2+ years in in-person and remote video/audio concept development and production.
• 2+ years of experience with the Adobe suite including video/audio editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects or Adobe Audition.
• Strong portfolio of video/audio work.
• Comfortable working in a corporate environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of high‑visibility visual content across channels.
• Prepare and manage shoots, coaching executives and participants for authentic on‑camera presence.
• Manage external partners, ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence.
• Analyze multimedia performance metrics and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
