Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Communications – Multimedia Specialist in McLean, VA. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class graphics for internal communications supporting the President of Retail Bank & Premium Products, engaging 10,000+ associates across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape creative strategies, manage end-to-end design for digital and print assets, and help drive performance through data-informed visuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years in graphic design or visual content creation in a corporate, agency, or production setting.
• At least 2 years using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• At least 2 years using Google Workspace tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of high-visibility visual content.
• Manage external creative and production partners with clear direction on timelines and budgets.
• Analyze multimedia performance metrics and synthesize insights.
• Develop concepts for executive storytelling and maintain brand standards.
