Wave is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to shape how we present our brand across campaigns, websites, and video. You will lead concept development, craft high‑quality visual storytelling, and drive performance‑oriented creative that resonates with customers.

Qualifications

8+ years in digital, multimedia, or marketing design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across campaigns, websites, video and social.
Technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Digital‑first mindset with accessibility and responsive design awareness.
Performance oriented—translate business goals into compelling creative using data.
Experience with AI assisted tools and scalable design systems.
Independent ownership and ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

Lead concept development and execution for integrated campaigns and product launches.
Evolve Wave’s visual identity to maintain distinctive, high‑quality creative across touchpoints.
Provide creative direction to marketing teams, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Design conversion‑focused assets for paid media, web pages, emails, and social channels.
Collaborate with Growth and web teams on concepts, variations, and A/B testing.
Produce motion graphics and video content for advertising, product education, and social media.
