You will lead end-to-end production from concept to delivery, partnering with brand, content, and digital media teams to tell compelling stories. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years creating video, motion graphics, or multimedia content for marketing, communications, or related functions.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design and digital-first creative work.
• Strong knowledge of video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce video, photography, motion graphics, and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and internal channels.
• Lead end-to-end content development from concept to final delivery.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling content that engages audiences.
• Capture original content through on-site shoots, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Edit and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, content, and events teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Apply audience insights and data to improve content performance.
• Maintain consistency across brands while adhering to standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in video production and digital media.
