Job summary

Washington National Insurance Company seeks a Multimedia Content Producer to create engaging video, photography, and motion graphics content across social, digital, and internal channels. You will lead end-to-end production from concept to final delivery, collaborating with brand and digital media teams to drive engagement and brand consistency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5 years of experience, and a strong portfolio demonstrating motion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Visual Arts, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience creating video, motion graphics, digital media, or multimedia content for marketing, communications, or related functions.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong motion design and digital-first creative work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and brand design standards.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and multimedia content best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce video, photography, motion graphics, and multimedia assets for campaigns across digital and internal channels.
• Lead end-to-end content development: concept creation, storyboarding, filming, editing, animation, post-production, final delivery.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into engaging visual content that drives results.
• Capture original content through on-site shoots, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Edit and optimize assets for multiple platforms, formats, and audience needs.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, content, digital media, and events teams for cohesive storytelling.
• Apply audience insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
• Maintain visual consistency across brands while adhering to standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in video production and motion design.
