Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years experience in graphic design or visual content creation in a corporate, agency, or production firm environment.
• 2+ years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• 2+ years experience with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Partner with communications and business stakeholders to understand objectives, audience needs and creative opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end creative design and delivery of high visibility visual content, including graphics, presentations and templates.
• Manage external creative and production partners to ensure quality, timelines and budget.
• Analyze multimedia performance metrics and synthesize insights to inform future work.
• Ensure assets meet brand standards, accessibility, and are suitable across channels.
