Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of multifamily credit underwriting experience.
Strong working knowledge of credit and financial analysis relating to multifamily properties.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of DUS/GSE multifamily underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

Review lender loan packages and underwrite multifamily loans prior to acquisition.
Assess strengths, risks, and mitigants to determine loan sizing parameters.
Size debt financing with internal/external partners within risk tolerances.
Recommend lending decisions and document them.
Approve issuance of securities or other financial loans to the customer.
Collaborate to enhance underwriting skills through diverse deals.
