Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team-player and self-starter when needed.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new techniques, including AI, to reimagine how we work.

Responsibilities

• Review lender loan packages and assist in underwriting multifamily loans prior to acquisition.
• Assess strengths, risks, and mitigants to determine loan sizing parameters.
• Size debt financing with internal and external partners within risk tolerances.
• Recommend lending decisions and document negotiated decisions.
• Approve issuance of securities or other financial loans to customers.
• Grow underwriting skills by collaborating with colleagues on diverse multifamily deals.
