Qualifications

  • 2+ years of multifamily credit underwriting experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of credit and financial analysis relating to multifamily properties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of DUS/GSE multifamily underwriting guidelines.
