Job summary

Edco Search is seeking a Lead Superintendent for a large-scale multifamily development in Raleigh, NC. You will own field operations from mobilisation to closeout, drive the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards while leading the site team to deliver a successful project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience leading large-scale multifamily projects as Lead/Senior/General Superintendent.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, inspections, quality control and site logistics.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and drive projects through challenging schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership style with the ability to maintain positive relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of field operations on a large-scale multifamily development, leading the project from mobilisation through completion and closeout.
• Drive the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead the site team to ensure successful project delivery.
