Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage field operations.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing safety, quality control, and project execution.
• Ability to effectively communicate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of wood-frame multifamily construction is highly desired.
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects.
• Manage subcontractor activities and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, ownership teams, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Drive project milestones and ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate field activities to support budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
