Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a tenured Superintendent for Los Angeles to lead multifamily and modular construction projects. You will guide field operations, mentor teams, coordinate with subs, architects, and inspectors, and drive safety, quality and schedule discipline across a robust project pipeline.

Ground-up experience and 5–7+ years in multifamily builds are required. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is familiarity with Procore and P6 to manage

Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience required.
• 5–7+ years in multifamily construction; modular projects preferred.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating with design professionals.
• Proven ability to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and coordinate staffing, sequencing, and subcontractors.
• Work with Pre-construction and estimators on methods, schedule and conditions.
• Monitor and delegate tasks across project phases from start to finish.
• Develop and update the construction phase schedule; prepare recovery plans as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with Owner, Architects, and Engineers.
• Enforce safety culture and quality control on site.
• Document on-site activities in daily reports with photos and notes.
