• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee daily site operations, logistics, sequencing, and workforce coordination.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and project execution standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify drawings, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and ownership teams for project success.
• Track progress, document activity, and provide regular updates.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts.
• Drive milestones and support delivery within budget.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
