Job summary

Redwood Construction, a leader in multifamily renovations, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex renovation programs across Texas. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring highest standards of quality and compliance.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience in large-scale multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or certificate program preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in renovation of multifamily projects.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Maintenance Supervisor for large-scale multifamily projects.
• General knowledge of construction practices.
• Travel may be required based on location of project.

Responsibilities

• Review due diligence materials, gather bids, and manage scope of work to deliver finished packages.
• Procure local subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for bidding and execution.
• Manage RFP process for renovation projects.
• Create bid comparisons for review by PM and Director of Construction.
• Host project kickoff meetings with on-site staff and track budgets.
