Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments seeks a Property Manager to lead our multifamily properties with a focus on budget accuracy, staff development, and exceptional resident service.

You will partner with the Regional Manager to craft annual plans, monitor financials, and drive occupancy and profitability while maintaining strong community relations and a high standard of property operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in multifamily real estate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by linking operational decisions to financial results.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain professional resident communications and respond to service requests.
• Engage in proactive marketing and promotional activities for property success.
• Collaborate with regional manager to align on objectives and reporting.
