Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Property Management to lead daily operations across assigned communities. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while coaching Property Managers to deliver top-line NOI improvements.

In this senior role, you will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, maintain high standards of team leadership, and align site performance with Berkshire’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Eight years of multifamily real estate experience.
• Experience as on-site property manager or regional manager with two or more properties.
• Strong budgeting and understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties and lead staff.
• Coach, develop, and guide Property Managers to meet annual objectives.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and capital plans with SVP/VP.
• Monitor NOI and capital investments to maximize property value.
• Ensure compliance with Berkshire policies, laws, and fair housing requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and client-facing standards at all times.
