Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property management for assigned communities in Florida and the Southeast. The role includes maintenance, budgeting, collections, tenant relations, inspections, and contract coordination.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tax credit property management experience, a solid grasp of related laws, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of tax credit property management experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to property management and tenant rights.

Aufgaben

• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly QA inspections.
• Maintain building systems and supervise all repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist the Leasing Representative to maintain high occupancy and tenant retention.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and upper management.
• Read and interpret legal documents and contract service agreements.
• Administer rent collection and delinquencies.
