Job summary

Allied Orion Group seeks a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the operations of a multi-family property in Boerne, TX. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Responsibilities include maximizing income, controlling expenses, preparing reports, and directing the property team to deliver exceptional service while adhering to employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• CAM and/or ARM certification is preferred and active apartment association membership is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the on-site operations of a multi-family property.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities.
• Generate and maximize property income.
• Monitor, maintain, and control property expenses.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on time.
• Analyze property financial statements and respond to variances.
• Supervise the on-site team and ensure compliance with laws and HR policies.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
