Senior Superintendent – Multi-Family Developer based in Portland, OR is sought by a growing real estate development and construction company. The role leads field operations, coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules, and ensures safety and quality through close collaboration with the project team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Senior Superintendent experience on multifamily projects, strong reading of drawings, and proficiency with construction software such as Procore and MS

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Superintendent on multifamily construction projects is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Procore, Microsoft Project experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and project schedules.
• Maintain daily field reports and monitor construction progress.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and local officials.
• Provide broader field leadership for senior-level projects and mentor junior team members.
