Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in South Florida seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering multifamily projects on schedule and within budget. You will lead vendors, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires overseeing project financials, reviewing proposals and plans, and developing cost estimates. A bachelor’s degree in CM or Business and 5+ years in multifamily construction are preferred; Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business preferred; 5+ years' PM experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe and resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project financials and procurement scheduling.
• Coordinate staff and activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
