Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks a Project Executive to lead major multifamily construction initiatives in the Tampa area. You will coach project teams, assume full responsibility for project performance including budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction, and manage subcontractors and documentation.

You will mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement while supporting new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or construction management.
• 10-12 years related experience in commercial construction.
• Advanced knowledge of the commercial construction industry and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and consulting for assigned projects with Associates in the project team.
• Full performance responsibility for a project including financial oversight, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Direct management responsibility for Associates on the project team(s).
• Collaborate with early-career PMs, field engineers, superintendents and others to grow talent pipeline.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help win potential projects.
