• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Review proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe and resources.
• Develops and tracks material procurement schedule.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients and vendors.
