Job summary

Greenfield Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect – Multifamily Lead in Lancaster, PA to guide and grow our multifamily studio. You will mentor the team, manage client relationships, oversee design through construction, and ensure project profitability while maintaining high quality standards.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to coordinating with consultants and in-house resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect in the United States with 7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field NAAB/NCARB-accredited.
• 5+ years designing and managing multifamily residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD preferred; familiarity with Planner/Bluebeam/Adobe.
• Strong presentation and leadership abilities for client and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the multifamily studio, guiding design and technical work.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, contracts, and communications.
• Oversee design through construction, including docs and field visits.
• Coordinate with external firms, consultants, and internal resources.
• Ensure project profitability, schedule adherence, and quality control.
