Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed/Registered Architect.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience leading multifamily residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, specs, construction methods, and market trends.
• Ability to produce and coordinate complex project documentation from concept through construction administration.
• Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard software.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage project teams, consultants, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams through all design and delivery phases.
• Manage internal staff and external consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet client expectations.
• Develop and oversee architectural design and construction documentation.
• Apply knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards.
• Produce and coordinate complete drawing and specification sets.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews and construction administration.
