Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests and make-readies promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain safe, clean workspace and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work.
• Monitor inventory and maintenance budget.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
